Q: Do you take commission requests?
A: Yes I do! However it’ll depend on how available I am to do your request. I usually announce when I’m accepting commissions and when they’re closed on either my store page or my Instagram. If commission are closed, it means I will not be accepting any requests. Please do contact me if you wish to commission!
Q: Can I return items to you/get a refund/exchanges?
A: Unfortunately no, all sales are final. And please refrain from emailing me aggressive/impatient emails. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, refund and order and refuse all future orders.
Q: Package lost/missing/not received?
A: I will not bear responsibility for missing mail as my responsibility ends once the order is accepted and shipped by the post office. I apologize for any inconvenience. The only thing I can provide you is the tracking number to prove that I have shipped the parcel and the tracking will show when the parcel has arrived at, left the sorting facility, and date of delivery.
Q: What is [product] made out of?
A: Everything should be in the description of the item. If not, please do contact me using the contact tab!
Q: Delayed responses to email/No responses to email
A: Please remember this is a one person business. Emails are easily filled up so please be patient for a response, it’ll take 1 to 2 business days or more. And if there is no response, it means I will not be able to answer inquiries concerning issues that have already been addressed here, in item description, or in policies and disclaimers.
